In 1997, soon after graduating at ISIA, I started working as web designer in Florence (Italy).
In 2002 I began to focus on graphic design work for printed material so to expand my area of expertise and moved to my hometown of Sassuolo. There I worked for Exprimo, a local advertising agency which was very well known and respected within the ceramic tiles industry.
My role at Exprimo was very versatile, from designing catalogues, brochures and logos to designing trade-fair publicity, point-of-sales , animated presentations in Flash and several websites. It is at Exprimo that my talent for designing logos, which also got me the nickname “Logoman”, persuaded me to capitalize on this aspect of my work, while still refining my skills in web-design.
Since moving to Cambridge (UK) in 2008, I have also consolidated my knowledge of HTML, CSS and WordPress as part of my core skillset. I have also extended my experience to include the use of applications like Photoshop, inDesign, Illustrator and XPress.
